8,000 kg
From 0 to 25m per minute
EasyRoller battery-powered roll pusher can push paper rolls and cylindrical loads up to 8,000 kg with a single pedestrian operator.
Typical applications include; usage in paper mills to push paper rolls, in corrugator plants to push paper rolls onto shuttle carts and to subsequently push the loaded shuttle cart into the production line with a special attachment for manual floor tracks.
Special design features include an ergonomic tiller head that can rotate through 200° enabling the operator to stand offset at 90° to the direction of movement. Combined with the compact design, this means you can position the roll pusher in between paper rolls and push where there is limited space for the operator, which is ideal for when paper rolls are butted up against one another.
EasyRoller may be fitted with the optional Shuttle Cart attachment which may be flipped into position on the front of the machine and it then fits underneath the end of the paper roll enabling you to safely push the loaded shuttle cart into the production line.
Interchangeable battery packs, with off-board charging, ensure maximum machine availability across three-shifts.

The EasyRoller can push paper rolls and other cylindrical loads weighing up to 8,000 kg, which is 8 tonnes. That covers the range found in most paper mills, corrugator plants and tissue facilities, where rolls run from a few hundred kilograms up to several tonnes depending on diameter, width and grade. At the Iggesund paper mill, the EasyRoller is used to move rolls of up to 6,000 kg, including pushing them onto raised steel storage plates with a single operator.
Moving heavy rolls by hand puts real strain on the back, shoulders and wrists, while forklifts with roll clamps need room to turn and a licensed driver. The EasyRoller lets one operator move rolls of up to 8 tonnes on foot, with no forklift licence required and only minimal training. It is compact enough to work in aisles and storage areas where a clamp truck cannot easily reach, so it suits routine roll movements that would otherwise tie up larger equipment.
The EasyRoller has an ergonomic tiller head that rotates through 200°, letting the operator stand offset at 90° to the direction of travel. Combined with its compact body, this means the machine can be positioned between rolls that are butted up against one another and push them from the side. It is one of the main reasons the EasyRoller can reach loads that are awkward or impossible to get to with larger handling equipment.
Yes. For corrugator plants, the EasyRoller can be fitted with an optional shuttle cart attachment that flips into position on the front of the machine and locates beneath the end of the roll. This lets the operator push the roll end-on, load the shuttle cart and move the loaded cart along a manual floor track into the production line, with controlled, accurate positioning and without heavy manual effort.
The EasyRoller is battery-powered, with zero emissions at the point of use and quiet running that suits indoor work in mills and converting plants. Interchangeable battery packs with off-board charging keep the machine available across three shifts, so a charged pack can be swapped in rather than waiting for the unit to recharge. Travel speed is variable from 0 to 25 metres per minute, giving the operator smooth, precise control when positioning a roll.
