The Heavy Duty Trailer Mover is a battery-powered tow tug built to move heavy trailers and wheeled loads safely, quietly, and with minimal physical effort from the operator. Whether you’re towing boats, shunting Ground Support Equipment (GSE) and luggage trolleys at airports, pulling munition carts on military sites, repositioning mobile accommodation units, or moving modular buildings and trailers through the manufacturing process, the HD Trailer Mover suits a wide range of applications across multiple industries.
Because it runs on battery power, there are no exhaust fumes and no engine noise, so the HD Trailer Mover is equally at home indoors and outdoors. It is also designed without the handlebar vibration associated with petrol or diesel alternatives, removing the risk of Hand-Arm Vibration Syndrome (HAVS) and helping to protect operators on long or repeated shifts.
A wide choice of towing hitches and attachments is available, including a 50mm ball hitch and a NATO pintle hitch as standard. For more specialist requirements, our engineers can design and manufacture bespoke attachments to match your specific trailers or loads, making the Heavy Duty Trailer Mover one of the most adaptable tow tugs in the range.
