Safely move very heavy industrial loads by using the Dual Motor Super Power Pusher. Ideal for pushing loads such as cable drums, rolling stock, railway carriages, rail cars, kiln cars, rail bogies, off-road chassis and even entire production lines.
The Dual Motor Super Power Pusher is our most powerful electric tug for moving heavy loads in an industrial environment. Capable of generating up to 17,600N of push force from its two x 1.5Kw motors. It has the same ability to push, pull and manoeuvre heavy industrial loads on wheels, rails and skates and utilises its own range of attachments for handling loads with significantly higher rolling resistance.
The Dual Motor Super Power Pusher can be used for heavy equipment moving such as the installation of temporary buildings, shunting rolling stock in production or maintenance workshops and pushing large cable drums where there is no available overhead crane.
Often the Dual Motor Super Pusher helps solve problems encountered when factories up-scale their production line and individual loads exceed the capacity of existing forklifts and cranes or, where there is no obvious or standard solution to move such a heavy load.
The Dual Motor Super Power Pusher is available for both sale, short and long-term Hire.
*Indicated load capacity is ultimately subject to the rolling resistance of the load

The Dual Motor Super Power Pusher is designed to move some of the heaviest industrial loads on wheels, rails, or skates. It’s commonly used to push and pull cable drums, rolling stock, railway carriages, kiln cars, rail bogies, off-road chassis, and even entire production lines. Because it generates significantly more push force than a single-motor unit, it is particularly suited to applications where loads have high rolling resistance, where existing forklifts and cranes have reached their capacity limits, or where there is no overhead lifting equipment available.
The machine uses two 1.5 kW motors to generate up to 17,600 N of push force, making it the most powerful pedestrian electric tug in the Power Pusher range. It is rated to handle loads up to 60,000 kg, although the actual maximum will depend on factors such as floor surface, gradients, rolling resistance, and the condition of the wheels or rails. In low-resistance applications such as rail-mounted loads, even higher weights can often be moved safely with the right configuration and attachment.
The Dual Motor model is the right choice when a single-motor Super Power Pusher doesn’t have enough push force for your application. This typically applies to loads above 40,000 kg, loads with very high rolling resistance, or situations where gradients and floor conditions add extra drag. Stepping up to the Dual Motor version often means a single operator can move loads that would otherwise require multiple staff, a tow tractor, or a much larger and more expensive piece of equipment. If you’re not sure which model fits your application, a site survey or on-site demonstration is the best way to confirm the right specification.
Yes. As well as being available to buy, the Dual Motor Super Power Pusher can be hired on both a short-term and long-term basis. This is a useful option for one-off projects, temporary increases in production volume, or for trialling the machine in your environment before committing to a purchase. Hiring also gives you access to the same level of push power without the upfront capital investment, which can be helpful for budget planning, project-based work, or covering periods when an owned machine is being serviced.
