Look forward to easy paper rolling with the launch of the Nu-Star EasyRoller™

Nu-Star add to their product line up with the EasyRoller. An ergonomic battery-powered roll pusher designed to push cylindrical loads up to 8,000 kg – perfect for the corrugated and paper industries.

The EasyRoller was originally engineered in Sweden by CFE Nordic. Nu-Star have had a strong relationship with the Swedish firm over the last 20 years.

The EasyRoller was designed in response to market requests for a machine with powered rollers that could fit in the small gap between two adjacent paper rolls and push one of the rolls, whilst allowing the operator to stand to one side – a common situation in both the Paper and Corrugating industries.

EasyRoller is a battery-powered pusher that has an ergonomic tiller head with a handle that can be rotated up to 200° to safely solve this problem.

In late 2024 Nu-Star acquired the rights to the EasyRoller product and the machine will now be manufactured in the UK for global sales and distribution. 

Our roll pusher is pedestrian-operated with zero emissions and can push cylindrical loads, such as paper rolls, up to 8,000 kg. A task that traditionally requires multiple staff to complete manually.

We also offer a shuttle cart attachment for paper mills and plants that operate a manual floor track. This attachment enables the user to safely push the loaded shuttle cart into the production line. See it in action here.
