Hopper Events found the answer to their load moving problems with the Power Pusher Trailer Mover

Hopper Events are a Sheffield based company specialising in events such as exhibitions, brand activation, PR activity and live broadcast events. They’ve worked with some big brands including Glenlivet, Gillette and the BBC.

Hopper Events were hired as the Event Production Agency for latest brand activation work for Affinity Water which led them to Nu-Star.

Affinity Water’s campaign ‘Save Our Streams’, was the UK’s biggest ever water saving initiative. The event involved showcasing an enormous bath in eight towns in the Affinity Water region across an eight week period.  The objective was to raise awareness and encourage people to sign-up to the campaign to help everyone waste less water, and save our streams.

Many of the town event locations were indoor shopping centres which came with a number of challenges, namely limited space and restrictions around vehicle usage indoors and exhaust fumes. This is when Hopper Events founder (Andrew Harrison) turned to Google for help and found the Trailer Mover, whilst looking for a machine to help them manoeuvre a heavy load indoors.

The Power Pusher Trailer Mover is an electric-powered tug designed to move trailers by hand up to 2,500kg. When asked why Andrew Harrison had chosen the Power Pusher Trailer Mover, he replied “The campaign involved a huge bath tub on a flatbed trailer and we needed to ensure that we could position the trailer accurately in town and city centre sites. The Trailer Mover allowed us to manoeuvre the bath tub trailer into position in tight spaces, moving it around street furniture, lamp posts and other features at each location. It was easy-to-use and silent – with no engine or exhaust to worry about.
